Alraed CRM

A web-based customer relationship management system built by Alraed for software companies and their agents. It brings customer data and follow-up together with software activation requests, licences, the promoter network and branches on one platform, with precise permissions for every user.

Customers and Tasks

• Add and search customers, or import them in bulk from an Excel file, with business activity, city and working hours.
• Tasks assigned to staff with ready-made types and templates, comments and file attachments, and "Assigned to Me" and "My Tasks" lists.
• An administration dashboard and a dedicated promoter interface.

Activation and Licensing

• Activation requests with an uploaded contract image, moving through "Under Review" and "Completed" stages.
• Management of dongles and their activations as well as tablet activations, by program type and edition (subscription, network, server), with upgrade, lock and suspend options.
• Reports on activations, licences and sales.

Promoters and Organisation

• A promoter list with their sales and reports, discount promo codes, and QR codes for barcode-based activation.
• Companies, branches, agents and departments.
• Users, permission groups and permission requests, plus a link to the customer portal.
