Raed Warehouse and Assets Management System is a comprehensive solution for recording, tracking, and inventorying assets in government and private institutions. It gives each unit a unique barcode that specifies its branch, department, and category, carries out field inventory accurately, and provides reports with a click of a button.

The Raed system helps government and private institutions fully manage their assets and inventory, from the moment the item is entered until it is retired or transferred. The system organizes the institution into branches and departments, and classifies the items into clear categories. When any unit is added, it generates a smart barcode showing its full location, like BR001-SEC001-CAT001-0001, which means branch then department then category then sequence. This way, you can know just from the label where each item should be. Labels can be printed directly, or items can be imported in bulk from Excel files.

During physical inventory, you open an inventory session for any branch or department and scan the units in their place. Then the system immediately shows the counted and missing items and the matching percentage, with the option to filter by branch, department, and date, and print the results. The system also documents retired and transferred items between departments and branches, identifies the owner of each asset, and tracks its condition: good or bad.
