Alawiya Board of Education Website

An official website designed by Alraed for the Alawiya Board of Education in Najaf, the educational institution that runs the Alawiya group of schools. The site introduces parents to the Board and its schools, and receives student registrations and job applications online instead of paper forms.

Introducing the Board and Its Schools

• A home page with the school building and an always-visible "Register with the Alawiya Board of Education" button.
• An "About Us" section presenting the Board's vision and educational mission.
• "Latest News" with illustrated cards and a page for each item, and "School Environment" showcasing facilities such as the inner courtyard, event and sports halls, and the auditorium.
• "Our Partners" and "Inquiries" sections, with answers to the most frequent questions about registration, transport and activities.

Online Services

• A student registration form: student details, requested grade and guardian details, with a data-accuracy declaration.
• A step-by-step job application form: applicant details, referees, relationship to the applicant and documents, after the conditions are shown.
• Sending an inquiry with a WhatsApp number, and a "Contact Us" form with an option to send via WhatsApp.
